2016: Closure of the Young Creators catwalk, of the Colegiatura Colombiana, with the collection “Sicalíptico”, made with bicycle tires and vinyl, with pieces made of foam adhered with synthetic glue. That work evokes the concept of euphemism by transforming the way of seeing the erotic and the sensual of the female sexual organs.
2017: Presentation of the collection “Automata” in Young Creators, of the Colegiatura Colombiana; a creation in stainless steel and leather made up of bags that represented the abstraction of a face that, using mechatronics, opened and closed their “eyes” and their “mouths”. With this project, Spiess made her first foray, from Fashion Design, into the use of solid materials to wear them on the human body with an ergonomic sense.
2019: Exhibition of “Spiess”, a collection of various pieces, made of acrylic –footwear, bags, belts and hats–, which showed how mechatronics merges with Fashion. In addition, he closed the Young Creators catwalk, of the Colegiatura Colombiana, presenting a robotic sculpture, commanded from the distance, which accompanied him on stage.
Salone Satellite at the Salone del Mobile, Milano 2019: He participated with the character “Floyd”, an object constructed from kitchen utensils that represented parts of the human body.
